Using Fireworks Rollovers and Pop-up Menus in DWMX2004

I have just created a sample webpage at the following location:

http://www.routemasters-remembered.fsworld.co.uk/sample.htm

...and i want to keep the rollover button state whilst browsing the pop-up menu attached to it. I have looked through tutorials over on Macromedia's site but don't really understand them. I have followed the instructions, but keep cocking it up somewhere down the line. Can anyone here help me out with some advice on what to do or suggest some good webpages which go through the process in detail.

u would add another behavior to your main menu.
eg.
oneMouseOver (famly histories) show (sub menues)
onMouseOver (fh.Submenue1) Swap Image (family histeries UP)

in other words for each SubMenu choice of "Family Histories" you would add a behvior to sety Famlity Histories to its original image

or for less code

do not restore the swaped images (remove onMouseOut) in main manues until some other main menue is onMouseOvered.
The only thing with the second apporach is that if user does not MouseOver some other main menue the inital menue will stay rolled over.
Look into help file and "Disjoined Rollovers"
I would stick with DW code vs. firewors
- by default rollovers will return on its original state...u want it so they are retunred only when other menu is hoover over.
