Hi All,

What is the correct syntax (if any) to make the finger
command display ALL the users who are currently logged
in to the system ?

Thanks in advance !

On Linux, finger alone will do this. Read the man page.

What system are you working on?

Depending on your needs for a SUN UNIX Box

prstat -a

The prstat utility on a SUNOS environment looks at processes matching specified PIDs, UIDs, CPU IDs, and set IDs.

finger without any options is valid on most if not all unix systems, but why not use 'who' ?
