Using Find with a Splash Screen

I have set up a form for finding information for example (Schools)
When I use this find it goes to a list form and displays all the information required the only problem I have is that some times it changes the info in the data base.

for example if I am looking up Clare Primary School it will overwrite another school so I then have two Clares with different addresses

I can email ms db to someone if they can help me

A 'Find' does not change anything in your database! But you can send me your file and database and tell me in the email how to reproduce the problem.
