You could export the data, or you might use the existing reports as subreports and return the data to a new report using shared variables, or better yet, create the equivalent of the reports in a view/sp.

You need to learn and post some basic technical information first, such as the version of the software you are using, database type, example of the output from the report, etc.
Again, I would suggest using the dtabase to create the data.
In CR 9 or above you can copy the sql generated y the reports (Use Database->Show SQL Query), and paste it into a data source for a new report.
But it all depends on what you have and what you need.
I guess that you're new to databases and reporting and assume that most reports are the exact same thing, and that the version of software used wouldn't matter.
Again, best practices would have the database doing the heavy lifting, Crystal is a great presentation tool, but it stops there.
