Picture this:

DomainA.co.uk and DomainB.co.uk.

Both these are downloaded from the ISP on the same feed. Exchange is set up to distrubute the mail to the user at Office A.

OfficeA = DomainA.co.uk = SiteA
OfficeB = DomainB.co.uk = SiteB

DomainB.co.uk are moving to Office B and need to have the mail forwarded. The third party software is expected to dial up and retrieve the mail that is queued for DomainB.co.uk.

There fore all mail for DomainA.co.uk is distributed around the office and DomainB.co.uk is queued and sent to Office B when the Third part mail server rings in.

Can anyone point me in the right direction for achieving this situation.
Thank you in advance for reading this.

If I am correct are you trying to forward e-mail to joe@aol.com?
If so In exchange Administrator YOu should go to file/new/custom mailbox and create the email account in there (joe@aol.com). After that is done go to the current individuals mailbox in Exchange and go to I think it's delivery options and select the radio button on the bottom and select that individuals new custom email account that it is to be forwarded to.
I hope i was helpful

Thanks but not quite what i was after. I figured it out by setting the domainname mail to outbound on the server. Nice,simple and effective.
