using excel "ODBC" and frontpage

I am trying to setup a simple data results post to a web page using asp and excel. I have created the excel sheet that I believe is correct. I have also created the Front database results page and everything seems to be correct and no errors on creation. The proble is that when I view the sample.asp page I get the following error. " database results wizard error" Operation Failed. I am uncertain if I have IIS setup correctly for .asp. Anyone have any pointers or links for setting up IIS & the server and creating the web page??

I am using server 2003 and frontpage 2003 with IIS 6.0.
