Using eOrder with Great Plains

I am researching eOrder, an e-commerce software that is integrated with Great Plains. We already own and use Great Plains and are looking to move to the next step. I'm just wondering if anyone has used, or is using eOrder. How does it work in terms of displaying the up to date inventory? Any downfalls?
