Can anyone point me towards some documentation on using the Embeddable Designer control in CR 9.0.

I know there are sample applications available in VB and C++. However, I don't use either of those language, and don't have them installed on my computer.

My main development platform is Visual Foxpro, but I would be happy with some generic information on the Embeddable Designer -- anything that's not VB or C++ specific.

Thanks in advance.

K,

The Embeddable Designer is an ActiveX control that developers can add to their applications, and provide report design facilities to their users. From the CR 9.0 Developers Help:

Your users can now design or edit reports at runtime with the Embeddable Designer. This easy-to-use ActiveX control provides the full power of Crystal Reports to your application. The control is placed on a form, or in a container within the form, and displays a new or existing report in design mode. This presents the user with an interactive environment in which to design or edit the report.

The reference you gave me was concerned with previewing the report at run time, which I am already familiar with. But thanks anyway.
