Using ECXpert with a remote Oracle Database

I am trying to run the NT version of ECXpert, but due to shop standards, I need to run the database on a Unix server. It seems that ECXpert wants to connect to an instance called ORCL only.<br>

Does anyone have any idea of how to access a remote database with a different SID?<br>

I did figure this out. The person at GEIS who wrote the documentation probably didn't have a good grasl of TNS.
