Using Dll problem

Hi.I am using a application calling my dll
The DLL uses
ShareMem ...;
exports procedure with String and TStringList parameters

Everything is OK if I run the application on PC with installed Delphi.
I gave my program to a friend of mine who's computer has no installation of Dephi

MY BIG PROBLEM is why on my friend PC the program do not run but shows Error :"Borlndmm.dll file not found" or something like that.

What am I missing ?What do I have to do so that the application run smoothly on brand new Win Installation (no Borland product)

just deploy the Borlndmm.dll file with your application (this is stated clearly by delphi when creating a DLL in delphi).
