Can anyone recommend a definitive resource for learning about DRDA, and how it has to be set up for accessing tables in one DB2 system from another DB2 system? The problem is that I can't tell whether or not an alias is needed for each table in the remote system; we have a lot of tables, and if we could get to them from one system by being able to identify the data base that hosts the tables, that sure would be better than providing a ton of aliases for the tables. Any ideas (or resources for research) are greatly appreciated.

Best regards.
