Ok, thanks for reading my post, Im a n00b and could use some help.

I use the DATEDIFF function a lot two fine the delta between to dates. Example...
A B C
1 start end delta
2 2-27-04 3-1-04 3 <---=DATEDIFF(A2,B2"d")

what I would love to do is populate a long column (A) with start dates and another column (B) with end dates and then use the DATEDIFF function to show the delta for all of those records in the last 3rd column (C)

Make sense? Thanks MUCHO for any help.

Hi 10PoundBrown,

With your dates all entered in columns A and B, Select Column C (as far down as your dates extend) and type your formula (=Datedif(a2,b2,"d") then press <Ctrl><Enter> (instead of just <Enter>); the (adjusted) formula will then be entered in all the cells selected.

Enjoy,
Tony
