Hello

We've recently had Remedy 6.0 set-up at work. I need to pull off a series of stats which shows:

a percentage of calls for a particular month resolved within 2 hours.

This seems a simple query however, I cannot fathom out how to do this in Remedy.

We do not have Crystal or Bsns Objects installed so cannot report using that. All I have to work with is Advanced Search.

The percentage side of things I am happy to work out manually, however the number of calls within (say June) resolved within 2 hours is prooving impossible to identify.

Can anyone help?

This is the Advanced Query I've tried so far.

'Case ID+' = 11910 AND ( 'Status*-History.Resolved.TIME' - 'Status*-History.New.TIME' > 7200 )

Where 7200 is the number of secs in 2 hrs.

'Case ID+' = 11910 took 4 hours to resolve so this query should bring up this ticket. But it isn't
