Using Databases within Voicemail Pro

If i want to use this option, do i need the licence
(ip 400 3rd PRTY IVR RFA) an (IP 400 TTS RFA1)

Because i tried the Bookstore Database to see how it works,
and i get Failure in the database open action.
If i try the connection it say,s the connection is OK.

Yes, you need both those licences to use the bookstore example. You can do some IVR'ish things without the TTS but very limited. You definately need the IVR licence though.

you got 2 TTS Licence,s
1 for 3rd Party Software
1 for Avaya software

Is the software for tts standaard in Voicemail Pro or need i a new program.

I read that it works with Microsoft speech.

Can someone tell me a bit more then i now what to order.
I already orderd 3rd party Database.

big70, 3rd party TTS allows you to use microsoft speech. When you install VMPro, under the speech supported setup option you can define what MS-speech languages to install. The Avaya TTS licence is for scansoft, which is much better speech PLUS if using email reading feature your poor user doesn't have to listen to the entire email header. If you go with the scansoft (my recommendation) also order the scansoft TTS CD Set - it's a 5 CD set with all the scansoft voice files.
