using database & uploading into it

Hi everyone:
I need to create a database to be added or linked to a website. The database needs to be passworded. I am using FrontPage 2000.
My question is: The company that needs the database gets 100 or more reports daily. They are x-ray company and the name of the patients, date of service and etc needs to be recorded. I was thinking a database would do it. Any other suggestions beside the database?
My other question is: Is there an easy way to upload those reports into the database (or any other form) dialy?
I hope I am making sense here. Thanks.
