Using Crystal Reports to report on Cisco Calls

I want to be able to report on VOIP activity on the Cisco Router using Crystal Reports ver.8.5. I figured out how to convert Date Time etc. My challange ??
I want to be able to report on calls that came into a specific list of extensions, sorted by extension. I want to know where the call came from, How long did the call last. Was it an inbound call, Outbound call, Internal call. Does anyone have any experience working with crytal reports to extract Cisco Data?? Any white papers ? Any pointers tips etc.
