I will soon be administering a new data base holding Birth, Death & Marriage registration information for the Govt of Western Australia.

The current data base holds uniocode characters in the Person's names fields and Places fields.

Crystal Reports doesn't allow for unicode.

Has any one out there have the same problem and if so would you mind advising me how you got around the problem.

I don't want to be issuing reports with erroneous names etc

PhilF: The latest versions do support Unicode - check you have the latest data driver DLL's e.g. p2ssql.dll and that you are using v8 or 8.5 and all should be well David C. Monks
