USING CRYSTAL REPORT 8 TO QUERY INNER JOIN TABLE

HI,
I am new with crystal report 8.
However, i need to create a query that select records from a table with condition that it does not have a record in a inner join table.
Can anyone help?

Right click on the link between the two tables via the visual linking expert

Select options...

Choose left (outer join) to enable records to be accepeted if no entry is present on the second table.
