Using crystal in other reports

vb.net isn't the report designer.
Read up on any of the products you mention, that is simply the IDE for either product.
There isn't a product I know of to convert Crystal to anything, much less Reporting Services.
I understand the reasons for doing so, however my testing established Reporting Services as a not ready for prime time product, so you'll likely lose a good deal of functionality for now.
