Using Crystal 7 with VB 6 - Error 'Can't find PDBDAO.DLL'

Using a VB6 front end - the app calls a simple Crystal Report which errors as above. As PDBDAO.DLL is only used in VB4 and is nothing to do with Crystal. Why?

I think the file that Crystal Reports is looking for is P2BDAO.DLL. I believe that this issue is addressed in the Seagate Crystal Reports Knowledge Base.
