I've seen a couple of short remarks about this, but I need to verify it for the powers that be.
Is it true that reports created in CR9 (v9.20.448) cannot run in CR.NET?
If not, is there a way to modify them to work?
What about CR8.5 reports? If this one is yes, then I'm going to have to recreate all my reports in 8.5.

Thanks

unfortunately CRs in 9 can't be used in .NET. u will have to use either 8.5 or the crystal reports .NET themselves.(by adding a crystal report from within a .NET proj)

Have to disagree with samuel12sam on this one. i am currently using CR 9.2.2 Developer to create reports for my asp.net application. I have converted hundreds of version8 and 8.5 reports to the new formats for this project with minimal problems. In visual studio.net when I open a .rpt for modification I open using CR 9 rather than the repoort designer in VS.Net. My app uses the .net RDC to generate the report instances.
