Why don't you try them and find out?

Thanks for the reply!

1. I don't know to use it in VFP
2. It is suggested for >Net

Please advise.

Yes, the ActiveX controls should all work with VFP. I used some DBI products a few years ago, and they worked fine, and the VFP support was good.

The problem is that you cannot purchase individual controls. You have to take an entire library (such as the Studio Contols COM library), and it can work out quite expensive.

If you are in any doubt, do as Scott says. There are demo versions of all their products, so just download them and try them.

1. For general advice about using ActiveX (COM) controls in VFP, see the VFP Help. The DBI controls all come with their own documentation.

2. The 32-bit ActiveX controls all work with VFP. There are separate products for .NET.
