I hope someone can help me with this. GW 6.0, client version 6.0.4. Used to be able to use the comma key to enter multiple recipient names with name completion (enter John Smith, hit comma and the name drops into the recipient list, enter antother, hit comma, etc).

Had to create a new profile on my PC for some reason yesterday and now the Groupwise client puts a comma in the name field when I hit comma instead of entering it in the recipient list. I have to hit the Enter key to get the result I used to get with the comma. This will make me nuts as I'm used to the comma (and it's in a much more convenient keyboard position).

It seems like I had to change some parameter somewhere when I started using GW years ago. Now I can't remember what I did. Anybody know how I can revert back to this? I tried the Novell knowledgebase and nothing helpful showed up.

The exact same problem happened to me. I reinstalled GroupWise and now it works perfectly fine. Hope this helps!

Thanks a bunch! That fixed it. This was making me crazy.

Don't know what this means but I noticed the same thing when recently creating a new Windows user (for myself) on my PC. I had been using the Windows "administrator" user and a comma for multiple recipients.

Now if I log in to Windows as myself (the newly created user profile) only the Enter works. If I log in as Windows administrator, the comma works. It almost seems it doesn't matter to Netware or Groupwise; rather seems to be tied to the Windows user profile???

We have seen this same effect throughout the facility. Though I've given up being crazy over it, I remain curious as to why.
