We are using CIM 7 to monitor the basic server functions on our 40+ Proliant servers. We currently have disk thresholding setup, and I have been asked to add disk, RAM, nic, power, controllers, temp, fans, and RILO boards. Can anyone offer steps to accomplish this? I'm new to CIM, and cannot find a logical place to do this.

Thanks, your help is appreciated......

I believe that with the new version of the agents (V5.50) you can set tresholds to CPUs usage as well as memory caching and page file use.

You can try upading to the agents to get some of the info you need.

You will have to setup your servers with SNMP and forward traps to the CIM computer. That way you will get updates as to when the thresholds are reached.
