Using CConnect to limit concurrent logons

Hi,
We've just installed cconnect from the w2k administrator pack onto our SQL server, we've also installed the adm into group policy. We followed the instructions to create a new database and also create a logon for cconnect but when trying to run the administrator program it will not accept the servername/username/password and says "The SQL Credentials supplied are incorrect"

Any ideas??
