Using/Calling Shell Procedure

Hi

I am trying to find the Details of a shell Procedure that I wish to Call from Within Access. I can`t remember the name of the Procedure but the end result I require is for the user to have the ability to navigate through the filesystem and be able to chose a single file. I will then only require the Path for that file and The name of the File. I have used this before but have lost my information on the procedure. Any help or pointers will gratefully be received.
