Using call pickup and seeting groups for them?

I need to know how I would be able to give like 5 different phone ext a call pickup option as they were all in one group. This must be done so that anyone in this group would be able to pick up each others ext if need be. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Ok I did what you had put down. Now I have some other questions to ask that is how can I tell what other (if any) group nunbers are out there already? Also once I setup the group for the phone on 5 how does this process work. if a call is coming in on say ext 1111 how do I use rnp to pick up that call on ext 1112?
