In MS Access 97 I have a report based on a query. The report is grouped by 1) Adviser's Name 2)Adviser's Sector 3)Adviser's Company names, the detail section contains the Adviser's users within that company.

I have managed to insert a calculated field in the Adviser's Name Header =count(User) and also for the Adviser's Sector Header =count (User). They both give different answers and that is what I want. But when I try to count the Company Names which are a seperate header again it keeps giving me the same results as the users count.

Is there any way I can tell the calculated field to only count the Company names that are displayed and not to count the Company names from the underlying data, which it is obviously doing.

I would appreciate your advice on this. Thank you.
