using button to search query?

hi all,
i have created search form. it consist of a few txtboxes.
lets say i want to search by "name", i juz key in "bob" and result of "bob" will be displayed.
If i want to search by "name" and "country", i juz key in "bob" and "singapore", bob from singapore will appear as result.

Question:
How do i link the 2 search criteria using only a control button to display it as a report . eg. OK button
