Using Background picture?

I want to print a report that has a background picture. I want my details section to print in the center of the picture but it's not working whenever I inserted a picture its inserting in the page header section or details section. How can insert a picture to cover everything from header to footer or to cover all page and use it as a background? so that my details will be in the center. Thank you. [sig][/sig]

Put the bitmap in the page header section, and format the page header to underlay the following sections.
To get the details in the center, about all you can do (that I know of) is create another page header section (below the bitmap one) and adjust the size of this second section to make it about half a page high, so that the details will start after it.
