using avery labels etc

I created a business card in Corel but cannot remember how I got the template into Corel. It shows up as a standard business card on the screen and it will print out a full sheet of cards. How can I do that and also I want to be able to do the same thing with Avery standard address stickers.

Hi Terry,

I hope the following steps will help you to reproduce what you have done before.

1) click on -tools- on your menu bar

2) click on -options- (note: another way to options is to double click the drop shadow of the page your working on)
and the options dialog box should open

3) on the left side of the options window, click on the plus sign of the word -document- to expand the info under that heading

4) click on the plus sign of -page- to expand the info under that heading

5) click on -label-

6) click the radio button to select -labels-

7) now click on the bar that says -customize label- The next window that pops up will be where you will enter the settings for business cards

8) enter the following information
--in the area of -layout- enter 5 for rows an 2 for columns
--in the area of -label size- enter 3.5" for H and 2" for W
be sure to have inches selected and that there is no check mark in the -rounded corners- box
--set margins to .5" for top,.75" for right & .75" for left
--enter zero's in both boxes under -gutters-
--be sure there are no boxes checked on the entire page

9) click -ok- and on the next box that appears enter the name you want to call this new setup (note: now that this new layout has been saved you will not have to create it again. You will then be back at the -options- window

10) scroll down to the heading -user defined- and expand it. The name you gave to your new layout should be there. Select it and click -ok-.........You will now be at the work page that will be the business card layout you just created. Every time you want to creat more cards follow the steps above to get you back to where you can select your layout file you created.

11) to print your cards with crop marks for cutting purposes click on the printer icon

12) when print window pops up click on the -pre press- tab at top of

13) place a check in the -crop/fold mark- box and the exterior only- box

14) then click -print preview- tab at bottom. Now its ready to print.
