Using attributes to specify assignees

I have a form with three user attributes (meaning people) that the workflow initiator is suposed to select. I want to feed these three attributes into the assignees of the workflow so that the people chosen by the initiator get to be part of the review process.

If anyone knows how to do this I would love to know.
