Using ATA paging access.

Good day! I cut over a Cisco system that replaced a trunk level access paging on an NEC system. I installed and ATA to call a station level access adapter which Valcom recommended. Often the ATA doesn't release the call on the station level access adapter when the caller hangs up and it can cause other paging problems. Valcom wanted me to make sure the "open loop disconnect" was on and the "reorder tone" was off on the ATA extension but I don't see that option. Does anyone have any ideas?
