Using arrows to navigate

Is there a script that i could use for navigating forward and back to markers much like in powerpoint with the arrow keys?

Found the "Wait for Mouse Click or Keypress" but i cant figure out how to specefy the left arrow going back and the right arrow going forward?

Anyone?

The left arrow key keyCode is 123 and the right arrow key is 124.
