Using Apache POI for writing to excel file

Hi,
I am using Apache POI to write data to an excel sheet from oracle table using java.I downloaded zipped file for poi from the site.But i am not able to locate jakarta-poi-1.5.1-final-20020615.jar file anywhere after unzipping the same.

How to install the same?

Also i need to overwrite an existing excel file using poi.I saw many programs for writing to new excel sheet but not to existing excel sheet.
Can anyone help me with the coding?I'm using it for the first time.
