Howdy y'all!
I have spent a great deal of time going back and forth
with setting aliases in my SCO UNIX 5.0.6a server. I
have created my aliases file and entered all users in
it - The form of username: First.Lastname@domain.com
I then ran 'newaliases' and 'sendmail -bi'.
I am intending to have user josel, whom is set in
my aliases file as josel: Jose.Lerebours@domain.com
to appear as the sender on all messages sent out of
our application. Instead, sender appears as josel@domain.com
What am I missing? Why is this not working? I even
hashed my genericstable and created genericstable.db and
still cannot get it to do what I want.
Please help!
Thanks;
Jose Lerebours
