Using Adobe 5.0 with Win XP & Epson C80 Printer

Has anyone tried to convert a Word Doc to PDF using Windows XP, MS Word 2000 ? My printer is a Epson C80, will distiller work with printer? I am having problems converting and I hope someone else has had this problem and can tell me how to fix the problem.

I have the same problem but i am using a HP deskjet 3822.
when looking at your word doc you try to convert it to pdf and it stops saying printing and nothing happens
