Using Additional Functions over Citrix

The additional functions, such as DateTimeToTime, are not recognized over the Citrix connection, but they are recognized over a PC Anywhere connection. Both version of Seagate CR are the same. Is there a specific file I can look at to see if the additional fuctions somehow didn't get installed, or any other advice would be helpful. But one must keep in mind that re-installation on the Citrix server is not a likely option.

Take a look at Seagate knowledge base article c2001377, solution #1. Basically the Citrix server cannot look in the winnt\crystal directory and so you have lost all those functions, including the ability to export.

Copying the dll's to the Seagate Software\SI\x86 directory will probably solve your problem. The article will give specifics. Good luck.
