Using Access web forms in Sharepoint

Hi, I have Access 2010 and SharePoint 2010. I'm publishing a web form into SharePoint using Access Services. I would like to know if anyone has used an unbound form, and macro's to save and retrieve the data from and to the form. I only need to save and retrieve and display one record at a time. I have not found a way to do this since I can't use VBA. Is this possible, or is an unbound form not recommended? Thanks.
