I collect data regularly for my job using hardcopy survey forms and then typing the results into excel. I want to create an Access database for data entry and reporting, but can't figure out the logic necessary to accommodate multiple response formats such as 1-9 scale; Yes/No; Open ended. Can anyone refer to a source that will help me build such as tool?
