using Access to create a formatted email

I am using Access to send notices to people, that I would like to format using an email template. The database contains fields that I would like to have inserted a various points throughout the database. Can I do this with the sendobject command? I am sucessfull in creating an email, but the formatting not so much. I was thinking, perhaps XML could be used within the email template. Does anyone have an example of this? Any help would be appreciated
