1. Is access 2000 and or 2002 more robust or are both just as good.

I need to build a web site on a local machine that uses access database and access will also generate the web pages.

For example I know using mysql and php will be no problem but can access handle the job of doing both those?

the local web site will have an admin tool where I can add new columns and search text boxes.

Let me know if you need more information.
Thanks

Both 2000 and 2002 are about the same when it comes to performance over the web. Access though is one of the slower database over the web and pages will display a lot slower then if you were to use MySQL. It doesn't even compare to MySQL or MS SQL Server.
