I am trying to use access to connect to a one table, small database. I can open the database fine with ODBC and I can see the table in the spreadsheet. The problem is when I try to update a field, I get an error (something about an '=' (equals sign).

Plz Help,

You don't mention which ODBC driver you are using, or what the specific error is, however, I do recall having some problems when I changed ODBC drivers.

I am running version 6.50.0000 from Insight Distribution, which is linked from:
When I changed from the previous version, I ran into problems with the boolean variable types, requiring me to change from 'var=TRUE' to 'var=1' (or vice-versa).
