Using Aastra phones

Hi, I have an Aastra 53i SIP phone, I can login into my MX-One as sip phone, i can call, but when i call it i don´t have audio, the incoming call works but ther isn´t audio.

Any ideas???

you must set EarlyReplaces to no for this model in the
ip_telephony.conf file. If you don't know what I mean I will give you the full details tommorow.

Where is this file, and what I do change?

The problem is when I call from H323 phone to the SIP phone.

look for the file /etc/opt/eri_sn/ip_telephony.conf

edit the file with mcedit and look for these lines:

UserAgent:Aastra-53i:Name: "Aastra 53"
UserAgent:Aastra-53i:EarlyReplaces: no

if you find these lines maybe there is a '#' in front, remove it.

what mxone version are you using (ts_about)

oh yeah, if you change this file you need to reload SIP unit.

like this:
reload -unit SIPLP -lim all

I did it but it doesn´t audio when is called.

this should work in 3.2. al lot has been fixed for SIP in 3.2 -> upgrade to 3.2SP3.

What type of sip phones do it works in 3.1?
