Is there a way to use a variable in the expression builder. Specifically I am attempting to use the variable in the if section of a conditional section. I would like to use something like the following as a condition.

<variable> = 2

In this case if the variable = 2 then the report would print the then section, etc.

Thanks as always.

I'm looking for an answer to the same thing! Anyone know how to do this??

I'm trying to use a conditional report section and want to use a parameter in the ifexp and it won't recognize the parameter. help, please!

Mmm. I just made a simle report, added a parameter p1, (Integer type), then put a conditional section into the report. Test in conditional is: p1 = 2

If I run and enter 2 as the param, report shows. Anything else, I get nothing to display.
