Using a User Name how can I get the Machine name?

Hello,

I am currently trying to work myself out of a job
Does anyone know how to query a server on a network for a connection to that server, and using a Users account name get the machine name that user is at?

I am working on a way to help users by remoting in to there machine and fixing their issue, but most of the time they come to my office and do not know their station number.

Any help would be much appreciated.
