We have a user based out of Salt Lake City, Utah. They are traveling to the UK next week. Besides the adapter that changes the type of plug, is there anything else they would need to use the Mac in the UK.

Basically do the Mac Book Power cables automatically convert the wattage?

I have a US Macbook and live in the UK.
No problems at all. He'll just need the UK 3 pin insert for the power supply.

Tyres: Mine's a pint of the black stuff.
Mike: You can't drink a pint of Bovril.

And an umbrella and warm coat [wink]

When I was born I was so suprised I didn't talk for 18 months

And some kind of tether with a large weight on the end if today's weather is anything to go by.

yeah you don't want to be out walking one of those skinny rat dogs today.

Or be using a Macbook Air ;-)

A hefty old Powerbook is what you want.
