Using a jsp to run an NT scheduled task

Does anyone know if you can imbed a user name and password in a jsp app and have it run an NT scheduled task when a user clicks a RUN button for example? I have an NT scheduled task I need to allow a user to run but I can't give them administrator privileges on the server to share the task. I'm running an AS400 progrm this way and thought I might be able to do the same.
