Using a function to auto-click a message box.

In the newest security patch for microsoft, there is a message box that will be triggered whenever an outside program tries to send a e-mail through outlook. Is there anyway to auto-click "ok" on this message box so that the program can run automatically. If you know how to create a control that can "click" on message box interruptions, that may be helpful too.
