Exchange 2k3 - AD - Outlook2k3

What Im tryiing to do is allow two users to send an email from a group that they belong to and not have their originating email show.

For example,user1@domain.com and user2@domain.com. Both of them belong to the 'Company Press' distribution group that I just created in AD. When they create a new email in Outlook, can they use 'Company Press' in the 'from' field? The recipients will see 'Company Press' as a sender but when they reply, it will go to which ever users sent the email.

Does that make sense?

I forgot to add that I did not create an email account for 'Company Press'.
